Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our Story: From Generations of Hospitality to Your Private Retreat For years, our lodge was a beloved gathering place for families, vacationers, and summer adventurers who came for the old-fashioned American Plan experience—a couple meals a day, cabins tucked among the pines, endless waterskiing, and days filled with family, friends, and fun. Our family poured love into every summer season—serving homemade meals in the lodge dining room, watching kids grow up on the beach, and getting to know guests who became friends (and even like family). The Lodge echoed with stories and shared memories, and we were proud to be a small part of so many lives. Over time, we noticed something changing—not just in the way people travel, but in what they're looking for. Families wanted more flexibility. Groups wanted space to gather and cook together. Some sought quiet mornings with coffee on the deck instead of a bell signaling breakfast and dinner. And others longed for a fully private escape, one they could make their own. So, after much thought (and some sad goodbyes to our dining traditions), we decided to make a shift. Now, we've lovingly reimagined the lodge. What was once a communal dining room is now a gourmet kitchen for your family to cook and connect. The Lodge itself—historic and full of charm—has been thoughtfully updated to offer the comfort and flexibility today's guests are seeking. And the heart of it all? That remains the same: it's still about gathering, unplugging, and making memories on this special stretch of lake. We may no longer serve meals or make beds each morning, but we're still here—quietly behind the scenes—stewarding this land and this lodge with care, and sharing it with those who appreciate its history, beauty, and soul.
